Lip and Groove Feature- Solidworks 2009 New functionality First on Net
Plastic Part Design Features—Lip and Groove and Rib with Draft
Its a new capability to enable the automated creation of lip and groove fastening features to align and assemble plastic parts.
When applying draft to a rib feature, you can specify the thickness of the rib at the intersection with the rest of the part.
It is an improved plastics capability of solidworks 2009.

Insert Mate Distance (New Version)
Description:
From the author: “This macro is faster than the standard way of adding a distance mate (especially for larger assemblies) because it doesn't use the mate property manager and doesn't do a rebuild after adding each mate. It also saves mouse clicks by allowing you to enter a negative value [and calculations] for the dimension rather than having to check a box or click a button.”
